These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of UrMomsVPN (the "Service"), operated by UrMomsVPN ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement where legally required, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
The Free plan is offered at no cost. The subscription plan renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. The pay-per-use plan is prepaid: you choose an amount to add to your account via a one-time card charge (minimum $2), and that balance is deducted per connected minute. Top-ups are a one-time purchase and are not refundable, including unused balance — choose an amount you expect to need. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve a billing issue is treated as a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to immediately suspend the associated account pending investigation, and to permanently terminate it and deny future service to the same individual or payment method if the dispute is found to be fraudulent or made in bad faith. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of amounts charged back in bad faith, including through collections or legal action, and to report fraudulent activity to our payment processors, financial institutions, and law enforcement. Accounts created using stolen payment information, false identities, or to evade a prior suspension will be terminated without refund.
We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, for violating these Terms, for suspected fraud or abuse, for nonpayment, or to comply with legal obligations. Suspended or terminated accounts forfeit any promotional credit and are not entitled to a refund of amounts already billed, including unused prepaid balance. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short: we log connection metadata (timestamps, assigned IP, server used, session duration) to operate billing and to investigate fraud/abuse — we do not log or inspect the content of your traffic or the sites you visit.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee that use of the Service will make you anonymous or untraceable — no VPN can make that guarantee, and you should not rely on the Service as your sole protection against a determined, resourced adversary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, liability, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, once that jurisdiction is finalized (see note below). Any dispute not resolved informally within 30 days may be brought only in the courts of that jurisdiction, or resolved via binding arbitration if we adopt an arbitration provision at that time; you and we each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action against the other, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the in-app support ticket system.
This document is a general-purpose template and has not been reviewed by an attorney. It doesn't yet name a specific governing jurisdiction or registered business entity — both should be finalized with a lawyer licensed where you operate before this is relied on as your actual, binding Terms of Service.
